1 General Policy

All payments made on the Rudra Win platform are considered final. We encourage users to review their selection carefully before proceeding to payment.

2 Eligible Refunds

We do consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate transactions due to gateway lag.
  • Technical system errors at our end.
  • Failure to deliver the service as described.

3 Non-Refundable Services Strict

Please note that Promotional Listings, Featured Ads, and Membership Plans are non-refundable once they have been activated or published on the platform.

4. Request Window

Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof of payment.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
