Jim Gardner Construction specializes in residential structural repair work, including foundation repair and replacement, basement dig-outs, drainage systems (French drains and downspout and site drainage), replacing and repairing entry stairs and porches, earthquake / seismic retrofitting repairs and upgrades, and retaining walls.
